He is also very active, mostly weight training and he has run 2 half marathons as well. He is very fast without training too hard. 1:28 Half Marathon!!! I am working on being able to keep up with him. Someday when are kids are older we look forward to training together.

Slow miles but happy to be outside. I feel like I could have gone forever at this pace so maybe I should keep it around there until my hip is on it's best behavior. Any thoughts about that my friends?

I thought I should explain my new blog name... My husbands company is transferring us to Orange County. We will be moving the end of February. When the offer first came I was not too excited but I have really gotten excited about the move over the last two weeks. His office will be in Irvine so we are looking at moving to Mission Veijo.

My only wish is that I could take everyone with us. I am so looking forward to the running weather their year round I just hope I will be able to find great running friends. That's why I need you all to come with us!!!

This is a great opportunity and compliment to my husband. He has worked so hard and been succesful with JP Morgan Chase. His company purchased WAMU a few months back and they do not have Jonathan's division. So JP Morgan has asked Jonathan to go to Cali. and start his division in Orange County. He will be building his team of 8 or so from the ground up so he will be very busy this coming year.

We will live close to Huntington beach and Disney Land so we will fill our time away from Jonathan their.

Treadmill miles. Fortunatley and Unfortunatley my hip always feels so much better on the Treadmill. I prefer to run outside but today wasn't too bad. I took a water break every 2 miles or so, so that broke up the monotany. Plus Braveheart was on TV and that is a kick butt show to run to.

I was really happy to get 9 in today. I wanted to make it to 20 miles this week. Next week I will shoot for 22-25. I hope to gradually get my miles back up between 35 and 40.

Hip pain 1/10 Ran between 6.6 and 7.0.

I really want to change my workout calendar and what it tracks. Does anyone know how to do that? I have tried to figure out several times and I must be missing it.

My new treadmill doesn't do the pace just the speed, I am trying to remember what those speeds were on my last treadmill. I will have to figure out if there is some way to change the setting on my treadmill.

Jillian Michaels level 3 circuit. Still hard!!!

3 treadmill miles. Pace 8:40 Hip pain 2.5/10. I haven't run 3 days in a row in weeks. So I think that is why my hip pain was a little more today.

I haven't been taking IB profen for about two weeks. I think I better take it on the days I run for the inflamation.

Ran with the BBK today. It was really windy which made it seem a little colder than it really was. My hip felt so much better than I tought it would today.

With a few new developments today I am starting to panic about moving. Not about actually moving but about how quickly it may happen. My husband thinks he needs to be there maybe by Feb. 1st. Since we don't want to seperate our family very long that means I will be moving with the kids probably befor the end of Feb.

7 miles with my friends, Josh Groban, Eminem, Tim McGraw, Nelly.. etc. I am such a name dropper.

I felt really good today. Hip pain started out at a 2 but by mile two it was down to a 1. My asthma was also really good today.

I really don't actually know what the rest of the miles categories mean on my blog (except marathon pace) so I just keep putting all my miles in as EASY. Could someone please tell me what they mean?

Anyway, PM miles in home gym with hubby. He did weights while I ran. That always makes running on the treadmill go by faster when he is there with me. Plus he is so darn cute in his tank top.

Hip pain 4/10 Yikes!! Not good tonight. We shall see how it feels tomorrow with the BBK's.

My lungs gave out around mile 5. Mile 6 was pretty slow. It was still a nice Saturday morning run though. I have been thinking of all you "Painters" participants hoping you all did well.

They actually weren't all easy miles but I did not keep track on the hill sprints we did. Ran with the BBK.

The same leg that my hip has been bugging me is having more problems now. It really doesn't hurt more when I run but through out the day I am having problems lifting that leg by itself. (putting pants on one leg at a time, etc.) It isn't my hip that is hurting more but almost on the complete opposite side of my hip. I don't think it is my groin but I am not sure what it is.

I am almost considering taking a month off so that I can heal properly in order to start training the way I want for SGM 09. I will be moving in two weeks so that might be the perfect time. Although, I am going to have to figure out what type of exercise I can do to relieve stress and keep my weight under control and still let my leg heal. Any suggestions?

I tested positive for Strep Throat today. I have been in bed all day. Probably won't run again this week. On the positive side, my girlfriend was nice enough to take my kids all day. Don't you love good friends?

3 miles on the Eliptical. Whatever that means!

We found a great place in Huntington Beach that we are going to be renting utnil our home sells. It is just two blocks from the beach. I saw so many runners I can't wait to get connected with a group.

Ran with BBK on parkway this morning.

My hip did not hurt at all today. It did not even feel tight. I guess that is one of the blessings of coming down with Strep throat. I really have not run much in 10 days. This is the first day sense the week before Thanksgiving that I haven't felt any pain. I did not even have the insert in my shoe that the Dr. gave me.

Just got from lunch with Kelli. So fun and she introduced me to Kneaders!!! Yummy! Not sure why I haven't ever been there before

As a side note... We sold our house already. My husband and I feel so blessed and know the Lord is guiding us on our re-location. It is pretty great how he takes care of things and all we have to do is have a little faith.
