I have 4 kids, 2 boys and 2 girls. 11, 9, 6 and 2. I have been married to my guy for 13 years. He is great and so supportive of my running life. He is also very active, mostly weight training and he has run 2 half marathons as well. He is very fast without training too hard. 1:28 Half Marathon!!! I am working on being able to keep up with him. Someday when are kids are older we look forward to training together.

Ran with BBK. My hip pain was much better this morning hopefully it wasn't just because of the 4 IBprofen I took before bed.

How long have you had hip pain?? I am so sorry. I have foot pain, it isn't fair, all of us seem to have something that nags at us! Have a great day Britta!

It was great running with you this morning. That last mile we did was a good pace (7:58). We need to catch up with the group more often:)

Yes, I liked running with you guys for that short distance. I felt like I pushed it then, which was nice.

7:58??? GREAT JOB!! I am glad the hip is feeling better on most runs. Do you notice a difference with outside running vs treadmill running?

Hope you were not LATE!

Nice job Britta!

I was glad to read that your hip pain wasn't too bad this morning. Hopefully soon it will be completely gone.

Hope you are enjoying your evening.

Britta - I'm glad your hip pain was a lot lower. Hopefully that means it is on it's way out the door. Nice work out today :o)
