Perfect my diet to run better, stonger and faster!
Long-Term Running Goals:
Run 3:15 marathon.
Personal:
I have 4 kids, 2 boys and 2 girls. 11, 9, 6 and 2. I have been married to my guy for 13 years. He is great and so supportive of my running life. He is also very active, mostly weight training and he has run 2 half marathons as well. He is very fast without training too hard. 1:28 Half Marathon!!! I am working on being able to keep up with him. Someday when are kids are older we look forward to training together.
My lungs gave out around mile 5. Mile 6 was pretty slow. It was still a nice Saturday morning run though. I have been thinking of all you "Painters" participants hoping you all did well.
I may want to attempt a 5:15 run, but I am not sure if it will be this week or not! I have not been sleeping well and have had major headaches since Saturday morning! I am going t go to bed at 9 and take Tylenol PM, so I will let you know tomorrow!
What's up with the pain at a 3? When did it go up? I thought it was down in the onesies and twosies? What did I miss?
