I have 4 kids, 2 boys and 2 girls. 11, 9, 6 and 2. I have been married to my guy for 13 years. He is great and so supportive of my running life. He is also very active, mostly weight training and he has run 2 half marathons as well. He is very fast without training too hard. 1:28 Half Marathon!!! I am working on being able to keep up with him. Someday when are kids are older we look forward to training together.

Slow miles but happy to be outside. I feel like I could have gone forever at this pace so maybe I should keep it around there until my hip is on it's best behavior. Any thoughts about that my friends?

Hip pain 2/10.

Are you still on meds? I think conservative is good until you get past the hip pains.

Can i ask, what is an OC Mom?

Cal--I haven't taken meds for about a week now.

I should have made this more of a formal announcement on my blog but.... My husbands company is transfering us to Orange County CA. We will be moving the end of Feb.

It does look I am announcing a birth instead huh?

Actually i had several guesses and one of them was Orange County. Pretty cool. I think the climate should be awesome for running. You'll just have to keep up with everyone on the blog, huh.

I will for sure keep up with everyone on the blog and catch up with you all at St. George.
