I have 4 kids, 2 boys and 2 girls. 11, 9, 6 and 2. I have been married to my guy for 13 years. He is great and so supportive of my running life. He is also very active, mostly weight training and he has run 2 half marathons as well. He is very fast without training too hard. 1:28 Half Marathon!!! I am working on being able to keep up with him. Someday when are kids are older we look forward to training together.

Britta,

Hooray for the hip!!

Sorry about the asthma. Are you remembering to take your meds?

Britta,

It was so wonderful to see you and your hubby tonight, even if it was just for a few minutes.

I am totally bummed that you are moving. STINK!!

(hope you enjoyed Stake Conference and the after stuff)

Teena,

It was so fun to see you too and to meet Ryan. I feel like there is not enough time to spend with all those I want to before I leave but I was glad to be able to stop in on the get together even just for those few minutes.

AND.... NO I am not taking my meds. I know I probably shouldn't complain about my asthma when I am not helping myself.

Britta. Good to see you again last night and meet your husband. I hope all goes well with your move and you find great things in store in California.
