8 Total Marathons Short-Term Running Goals: Perfect my diet to run better, stonger and faster! Long-Term Running Goals: Run 3:15 marathon. Personal: I have 4 kids, 2 boys and 2 girls. 11, 9, 6 and 2. I have been married to my guy for 13 years. He is great and so supportive of my running life. He is also very active, mostly weight training and he has run 2 half marathons as well. He is very fast without training too hard. 1:28 Half Marathon!!! I am working on being able to keep up with him. Someday when are kids are older we look forward to training together.

Ran Alone 4x800's 3:16, 3:12, 3:06. 3:05 Started out a bit slow wanted to puke by the end. Was shooting for 3:10. It all averaged out in the end. Lower body weights 10 min. trying to add weights in again slowly. Starting to feel a bit stronger.

Tempo run this morning. Warmup 1.5 and cool down walk .5 Tempo splits 4.5 miles 7:04, 7:06. 7:16, 7:14, (1/2 mi) 3:36 Felt pretty good. Last half was really hard. Agreed to go early so everyone could run.... some didn't show. I could have slept in. :( 10 min upper body + 10 min ABS.

I wore shorts and T but, it was colder than I expected. It was foggy too.
Spent ALL day at Disneyland yesterday. My legs were tired this morning.
My 2 yr old was sooooo cute visiting the Princesses. Cindrellla is her favorite! She almost knocked Ariel down when she ran into her arms to hug her. She asked each of them if she could see their shoes. SO CUTE!!!

3x1600's 6:21, 6:24, 6:30 We run a loop around a park. There is some down hill and some up hill. They don't balance each other out because there is more down than up. I feel like we are cheating but it is the most convenient place to run our repeats at. I am guessing on a track we would be 6:30-35. During the last repeat on the up hill I couldn't get my legs to move. 4 sets upper body circuit 10 min Abs
