Tempo run this morning. Warmup 1.5 and cool down walk .5 Tempo splits 4.5 miles 7:04, 7:06. 7:16, 7:14, (1/2 mi) 3:36 Felt pretty good. Last half was really hard. Agreed to go early so everyone could run.... some didn't show. I could have slept in. :( 10 min upper body + 10 min ABS.
