Perfect my diet to run better, stonger and faster!
Long-Term Running Goals:
Run 3:15 marathon.
Personal:
I have 4 kids, 2 boys and 2 girls. 11, 9, 6 and 2. I have been married to my guy for 13 years. He is great and so supportive of my running life. He is also very active, mostly weight training and he has run 2 half marathons as well. He is very fast without training too hard. 1:28 Half Marathon!!! I am working on being able to keep up with him. Someday when are kids are older we look forward to training together.

How is perfecting your diet coming along? Currently I am eating chips and cadbury mini eggs for lunch...call it two vegetable servings.

I really need to take that off my short term goals. I can't do it!! :) I have mostly been living on granola bars cause they are easy. I did eat an apple today:)
