Personal:

I have 4 kids, 2 boys and 2 girls. 11, 9, 6 and 2. I have been married to my guy for 13 years. He is great and so supportive of my running life. He is also very active, mostly weight training and he has run 2 half marathons as well. He is very fast without training too hard. 1:28 Half Marathon!!! I am working on being able to keep up with him. Someday when are kids are older we look forward to training together.

Walked with Ana. Her baby is 3.5 weeks and mine is 2.5 weeks. It was actually a little much for me today I will wait to try again for another week.

Really wanted to run alone today and be kid free for a few minutes but when my 9 yr. old asked me if he could come I couldn't turn him down. We had fun together and he did really good.

I got home two min. late on my husbands watch and 3 min. early on mine and we got in a fight over it. LOL! Obviously we are under a little more stress with a new baby in the house.

My plan for the next two weeks is to up my weekly runs just by .25 each day and on the week end double what I do in one day. So Sat. I will run 2.5.

I really hope by adding on slowly I will be able to move back into running without injury. Plus I am trying not to put expectations on myself that will be to hard to achieve with a new born.
