8 Total Marathons Short-Term Running Goals: Perfect my diet to run better, stonger and faster! Long-Term Running Goals: Run 3:15 marathon. Personal: I have 4 kids, 2 boys and 2 girls. 11, 9, 6 and 2. I have been married to my guy for 13 years. He is great and so supportive of my running life. He is also very active, mostly weight training and he has run 2 half marathons as well. He is very fast without training too hard. 1:28 Half Marathon!!! I am working on being able to keep up with him. Someday when are kids are older we look forward to training together.

Ran while I watched BL. I really wanted to do 5 but I am trying to listen to my body. When I started seeing spots I stopped. I was only running at a 10 min mile. This is Depressing!!!

Ran outside with Ana. I felt better to be outside. Still hard but better. We ran to a 5k that our friends were racing and took pictures and cheered them on. It made me hungry to race. I kept telling myself "next summer".
My mileage for the week is so LOW!

"Wonder of wonders, miracle of miracles!!!"
I was so ready to give up last week on running. I felt horrible all week and I started feeling like it was not worth the effort.
I felt super good on Saturday and Sunday so I thought I would give my old running group a shot this morning. I felt so good!!! The best I have felt in weeks. We ran 5.5 and I kept up pretty well. I ran with Lisa most of the time. She hung back with me up the hills.
I'M BACK!

I didn't feel as good today as I did Mon. but still pretty good. I had to walk several times due to pain in my stomach. Don't want to mess around with that while pregnant. I am not use to having to be wimpy and take it easy. Oh well!!

My daughter rode her bike along side me. It was a great morning. She was so cute! I collected a few rolly polly's for her and she carried them home in her pocket. They kept trying to escape.

I keep waiting for the puking to stop, just isn't happening!! I did feel my baby move for the first time this week. So much fun!!!!! I can't wait until my children can feel it. That will be fun.
Lazy exercise week thus far. My husband has been out the door too early this week for me to run in the AM. I am on a break with my treadmill so I haven't even attempted to use him this week. |

My knee really started bugging me around 4. Probably because I went 7 yesterday. I felt pretty good though. Ran with Ana my pregnant friend who is 2 weeks ahead of me. It is always fun to chat with her since we are going through the same thing.
I decided to post my weight today only because I am proud of how well I have done up to 15 weeks of pregnancy. It will probably be the last time I will post it for atleast a year!! |
