8 Total Marathons Short-Term Running Goals: Perfect my diet to run better, stonger and faster! Long-Term Running Goals: Run 3:15 marathon. Personal: I have 4 kids, 2 boys and 2 girls. 11, 9, 6 and 2. I have been married to my guy for 13 years. He is great and so supportive of my running life. He is also very active, mostly weight training and he has run 2 half marathons as well. He is very fast without training too hard. 1:28 Half Marathon!!! I am working on being able to keep up with him. Someday when are kids are older we look forward to training together.

Stomach fetl off today and weight was so horrible I am not even going to post it. I don't know what is going on. I have been doing weights 4x a week and things are getting tighter so hopefully the weight gain is just muscle.

Ran the dreaded "lincoln" hill today. It hammers my legs!!! It is about a mile and a half up.
I always feel accomplished when it is over though.

Wasn't sure I was going to get a run in so I was really happy to end up with 6.5.
Ran 4 on the Treadmill and 2.5 outside around my circle.

Blessing: Good deals... I love shopping for my kids it is so fun to buy them cute clothes. I love it even more when the price is right. I just bought my daughter the cutest sandals and sun dress at Marshalls. My new favorite store. Thanks to our weather she was wearing it yesterday. |

Ran with Lisa and Jaylene today. I am a bit faster than both of them so they usually send me ahead and give me extra distances to run and then I am suppose to lap them. They think they are my coach. :) Lisa dreamt last night that I didn't want to run with them but I wasn't sure how to break the news so I gave them each $50.
Ran "Masters". It is a steep hill that is about half as long as "Lincoln"(3/4 vs. 1.5) but even more steep.
Feels good to get to the top where I usually take a break to keep from barfing and wait for the others.
