Perfect my diet to run better, stonger and faster!
Long-Term Running Goals:
Run 3:15 marathon.
Personal:
I have 4 kids, 2 boys and 2 girls. 11, 9, 6 and 2. I have been married to my guy for 13 years. He is great and so supportive of my running life. He is also very active, mostly weight training and he has run 2 half marathons as well. He is very fast without training too hard. 1:28 Half Marathon!!! I am working on being able to keep up with him. Someday when are kids are older we look forward to training together.
Blessing: Chocolate.. Man I love it!!! Does it sound like I have an addiction?

Britta, looks like you're getting pretty fast. Any plans this year to enter a marathon and qualify for the Boston Marathon next year?

Adam,
BQ is for sure in the plans I just don't know about this year. I may be taking it easy in the marathon department this year.
