I have 4 kids, 2 boys and 2 girls. 11, 9, 6 and 2. I have been married to my guy for 13 years. He is great and so supportive of my running life. He is also very active, mostly weight training and he has run 2 half marathons as well. He is very fast without training too hard. 1:28 Half Marathon!!! I am working on being able to keep up with him. Someday when are kids are older we look forward to training together.

How are ya?

Cal,

They feel harder but maybe I am just wimpy now.

How are things?

Kelli,

It feels like herriman with palm trees! I love it! I am doing pretty good. How are you? It looks like you are doing really great dropping weight. I am jealous, I can't get in the groove. I am still fighting though. What is your secret this time around?

I could use some Palm trees on my runs!!!

I have no secret, really. The sad thing is that I am not doing anything any differently than I did in that past. Not sure what is going on. AND you are already smaller than me, so you do not need to worry!!!
