I have 4 kids, 2 boys and 2 girls. 11, 9, 6 and 2. I have been married to my guy for 13 years. He is great and so supportive of my running life. He is also very active, mostly weight training and he has run 2 half marathons as well. He is very fast without training too hard. 1:28 Half Marathon!!! I am working on being able to keep up with him. Someday when are kids are older we look forward to training together.

Skline is a mountain trail a few miles from my house. It is brutal it never evens out. We went up for 4 and then came down.

Speedwork today. We did a 3,2,1 mile workout with .5 recovery in between each.

Just going off memory but our splits were

7:17, 7:10, 6:56, 7:10, 6:57, 6:44

We finsihed on the track and Jackie and I duked it out to the bitter end. I wanted to throw up from our last 200 sprint. It was FUN!

So glad my lungs are feeling sooo much better this week.

Courtney and Jeremy came too.

We have been doing a marathon Pace run once a week. Typically fridays. Today was the kind of day us runners live for. One of those days where running felt GREAT and the pace was "easy" to maintain. All I could think about all day was how I wanted to run again.
