Personal:

I have 4 kids, 2 boys and 2 girls. 11, 9, 6 and 2. I have been married to my guy for 13 years. He is great and so supportive of my running life. He is also very active, mostly weight training and he has run 2 half marathons as well. He is very fast without training too hard. 1:28 Half Marathon!!! I am working on being able to keep up with him. Someday when are kids are older we look forward to training together.

SO HOT and HUmid this morning. I felt ok until 7 miles and the last 2 were pretty bad. 

AP 7:32 slower than I would like but great considering the weather and breathing conditions.

Jonathan and I stayed at the Bel Air Hotel in LA last night. SO FUN!!!! We ran over to UCLA and ran on their track this morning. 

I made it 6 miles before I couldn't breath and then walked 2 back to the Hotel. Should have brought my inhaler.

Felt ok still not breathing well. Was supposed to run 22. 17-20 was a walk run for me. Jackie ran ahead and came back to pick me up. 

Need to take care of my lungs. :(
