Personal:

I have 4 kids, 2 boys and 2 girls. 11, 9, 6 and 2. I have been married to my guy for 13 years. He is great and so supportive of my running life. He is also very active, mostly weight training and he has run 2 half marathons as well. He is very fast without training too hard. 1:28 Half Marathon!!! I am working on being able to keep up with him. Someday when are kids are older we look forward to training together.

Gorgeous morning!!! Ran with Ana. Felt ok. I had to take a few walking breaks. I had side cramping. I think it was a ligament. Anyways, stopped when it hurt and ran when it didn't.

We ran past a special needs teenager and he told us that we were both pretty. So Sweet!

I am past the yucky sick stage (cross my fingers)!!!

Just happy to run this morning.

Packing for the beach now, we are spending the day at Huntington Beach. Can't wait!!!!

Meant to run but both Ana and I were exhausted this morning. Opted to walk instead. Came home and did some weights.

Off to the dentist this morning. I hope I don't puke on him. My gag reflex is still really sensitve.

Ran 3.5 walked .5. My legs are so sore from weights yesterday. I am exhausted!

We are taking our oldest out on date night to see Toy Story 3. He earned an award at school so this is his reward. The other two are staying home with a sitter.

I want to lay down and rest but I have too much to do today. I don't think I will get to lay down until Monday. I hope I can make it through the weekend.

Legs are still super sore from weights Ana and I just walked. We vowed not to hit our legs so hard next week.

I practically colapsed a few times today out on our walk.
