Perfect my diet to run better, stonger and faster!
Long-Term Running Goals:
Run 3:15 marathon.
Personal:
I have 4 kids, 2 boys and 2 girls. 11, 9, 6 and 2. I have been married to my guy for 13 years. He is great and so supportive of my running life. He is also very active, mostly weight training and he has run 2 half marathons as well. He is very fast without training too hard. 1:28 Half Marathon!!! I am working on being able to keep up with him. Someday when are kids are older we look forward to training together.
5 TM miles. Lots of little interuptions by my cute little people.
Blessing: Friend who knows how to sew. I am taking on a big sewing project with encourgement and help from a great friend who sews incredible. Can't wait to get started.
With Jackie, her husband watched the kids again. It is so nice to go at 9 AM.
Blessing: Spring and Summer Veggies.... I love to cook dinner with so many fresh veggies. They are more available here in California so I am really enjoying that.
