Perfect my diet to run better, stonger and faster!
Long-Term Running Goals:
Run 3:15 marathon.
Personal:
I have 4 kids, 2 boys and 2 girls. 11, 9, 6 and 2. I have been married to my guy for 13 years. He is great and so supportive of my running life. He is also very active, mostly weight training and he has run 2 half marathons as well. He is very fast without training too hard. 1:28 Half Marathon!!! I am working on being able to keep up with him. Someday when are kids are older we look forward to training together.

Haven't been to your blog in a while - long enough to ignore the fact you're expecting!
Your entry yesterday brought back a flood of emotions. I could run a couple miles in the AM, but then would have NO energy the rest of the day! Even after 10+ hours of sleep!! Take it easy and enjoy the 'ride' :) Congrats and I hope things go smoothly for you the next 10-ish weeks!
