Perfect my diet to run better, stonger and faster!
Long-Term Running Goals:
Run 3:15 marathon.
Personal:
I have 4 kids, 2 boys and 2 girls. 11, 9, 6 and 2. I have been married to my guy for 13 years. He is great and so supportive of my running life. He is also very active, mostly weight training and he has run 2 half marathons as well. He is very fast without training too hard. 1:28 Half Marathon!!! I am working on being able to keep up with him. Someday when are kids are older we look forward to training together.
Ran 3 walked 1 with Ana. I am starving... what is for breakfast?

Breakfast would be nice. Eat enough for you, the baby, and me.

Oreo,
Yummy I think I will have that tomorrow or maybe tonight for dinner. Breakfast is the best at dinner time anyways. Speaking of Oreo's I have double stuffed in my pantry that keep calling my name. I just keep eating them with the excuse that I am pregnant.
