Personal:

I have 4 kids, 2 boys and 2 girls. 11, 9, 6 and 2. I have been married to my guy for 13 years. He is great and so supportive of my running life. He is also very active, mostly weight training and he has run 2 half marathons as well. He is very fast without training too hard. 1:28 Half Marathon!!! I am working on being able to keep up with him. Someday when are kids are older we look forward to training together.

Not all my miles were easy but I don't like to break them up. LAZY!

Ran 6 at 6 AM with one group of ladies. It was a super hilly run. We ran a hill called "Masters". It is well known around here for being super tuff!

Dropped my kids off at school and ran with another friend for 3 miles. She is just getting back into running. Give her a couple of weeks and I won't be able to keep up with her. Her husband watched my 2 year old .

Blessing: Rain... We are getting a lot of it here. Today I am home in comfy socks and comfy sweats, I think my two year old and I are going to crawl back in bed and watch a movie. LOVIN IT!

k i just saw your pics on Burts blog!!! SO GREAT!!! I love it! :) He's hilarious, and those pictures look gorgeous by the way, it's really not fair that you can look that great running!

Sorry this is all out of context for the day, but . . . we are reading "Dear John" for our book club this month. It's cheesy? I figured it would be, I haven't started it yet, we are going to see the movie for our meeting. sometimes it's nice to read a book just for pleasure, no learning :) ha! We are reading "3 Cups of Tea" next month, and last month read "The Life of Pi" which I highly recommend, it's a little tough to get into, but the end will blow you away.

Sorry just rambling! Hope you enjoyed snugging your 2 yr old, we are getting torrential rain too and I'm abt to go crazy all cooped up! I should be more positive like you :)

Amber----Dear John is good because it is such an easy read and with "little interuptions" all the time it makes it easy to put it down and come back to. Thanks for the suggestions on the other books I will give them a try.

The rain is making me want to eat treats though.... not good! I gotta be stronger!!!!
