Perfect my diet to run better, stonger and faster!
Long-Term Running Goals:
Run 3:15 marathon.
Personal:
I have 4 kids, 2 boys and 2 girls. 11, 9, 6 and 2. I have been married to my guy for 13 years. He is great and so supportive of my running life. He is also very active, mostly weight training and he has run 2 half marathons as well. He is very fast without training too hard. 1:28 Half Marathon!!! I am working on being able to keep up with him. Someday when are kids are older we look forward to training together.
4 outside with Lisa and Jackie. 1 on treadmill at home.
AP 9:15
Blessing: Teachers... My childrenn have great teachers at Church and School. It takes a village to raise a child, right?

Great teachers are a blessing indeed!
I often think of you Britta (even though we've never met) when my life gets out of balance (usually too much focus on running or myself) and I remember your title "Blessings and Balance" and I really think that says it all!!!! My life is so much smoother when everything is balanced, and I'm so much happier when I focus on my blessings and all that I have, , , , anyway . . . thanks!!!!

Cal,
I am feeling better. Thanks! How is the weight loss going? Are you feeling more ready for Ogden?
Amber,
You are so sweet. I think of you too... when I set running goals I think of all you have accomplished and know I can reach my goals with HARD work. We are going to have to change the fact that we have never met. :)
