Personal:

I have 4 kids, 2 boys and 2 girls. 11, 9, 6 and 2. I have been married to my guy for 13 years. He is great and so supportive of my running life. He is also very active, mostly weight training and he has run 2 half marathons as well. He is very fast without training too hard. 1:28 Half Marathon!!! I am working on being able to keep up with him. Someday when are kids are older we look forward to training together.

Just got home from UT for my brothers wedding. 

10 hours in the suburban with 4 kids and baby throwing up. You better believe I enjoyed this run today!

Splits were not typical for me. Much slower.
