Personal:

I have 4 kids, 2 boys and 2 girls. 11, 9, 6 and 2. I have been married to my guy for 13 years. He is great and so supportive of my running life. He is also very active, mostly weight training and he has run 2 half marathons as well. He is very fast without training too hard. 1:28 Half Marathon!!! I am working on being able to keep up with him. Someday when are kids are older we look forward to training together.

Started out a bit slow wanted to puke by the end. Was shooting for 3:10. It all averaged out in the end.  

Lower body weights 10 min. trying to add weights in again slowly. Starting to feel a bit stronger.
