Personal:

I have 4 kids, 2 boys and 2 girls. 11, 9, 6 and 2. I have been married to my guy for 13 years. He is great and so supportive of my running life. He is also very active, mostly weight training and he has run 2 half marathons as well. He is very fast without training too hard. 1:28 Half Marathon!!! I am working on being able to keep up with him. Someday when are kids are older we look forward to training together.

I really didn't want to go but did anyway :)

AP 9:18

My legs were so tired. Probably still recovering from my longer run on Saturday.

My baby has been sleeping so well. 9PM-7AM. I should get back to early morning running but I don't want to wake her to feed her. There is no way I can go until she has nursed...so not really sure what to do. I guess I will just keep doing what I am doing.

I would love to hear what any other breast feeding mom's are doing.

5 with Amber. Amber lives at the top of a two mile hill. Not gradual, very steep. I told her we are not starting at her house any more.:) It was brutal!!

Woke up even earlier to pump. Not sure if it was worth it. I guess one day a week is okay.
