I have 4 kids, 2 boys and 2 girls. 11, 9, 6 and 2. I have been married to my guy for 13 years. He is great and so supportive of my running life. He is also very active, mostly weight training and he has run 2 half marathons as well. He is very fast without training too hard. 1:28 Half Marathon!!! I am working on being able to keep up with him. Someday when are kids are older we look forward to training together.

Easy miles. Ragnar this weekend. I am already so sad about leaving my baby!!! I have instructed my husband to only give her the breast milk that I have stock piled in the freezer no formula. That way I feel like she won't forget me!!!

Oh Britta! You're going to have such a good time. Pretty sure you're baby won't forget you, but my wife always has that exact same worry. LOL!

Well, you've got 1.42 more miles than me this year. How much are you running on Ragnar so I can know what I need to beat you?

Well, I'm scheduled to run 8 miles tomorrow with Julie Esplin, 10 on Friday, and at least 3 on Saturday when I'm the chase bunny for our ward 5k. You better put a few more miles in.
