Pilates.. I really like it. It relaxes me. I have been really sore from Mondays pilates workout. Every time I pick up my baby and put her on my hip I am reminded that muscles I didn't know I had got worked.
Blessing: My 4 yr old did pilates with my today and when we were done he pointed at his bicep and said "Mom, look my muscles got bigger. " If it were only that easy to get into shape. :) |
