I have 4 kids, 2 boys and 2 girls. 11, 9, 6 and 2. I have been married to my guy for 13 years. He is great and so supportive of my running life. He is also very active, mostly weight training and he has run 2 half marathons as well. He is very fast without training too hard. 1:28 Half Marathon!!! I am working on being able to keep up with him. Someday when are kids are older we look forward to training together.

I'm bringing back my daily blessings mostly to remind myself of all that I have been given.

Blessing: My husband has a good Job. I realize so many people's jobs have changed over the past couple years.

I have a sucky job. :( Well, one of my jobs sucks. The other one's pretty cool.

What are your jobs?

From Burt on Fri, Jul 01, 2011 at 13:37:20 from 206.19.214.144

I'm a civil engineer. That sucks right now because of the economy. I also do ACN from home. That's actually pretty fun.

From Calvin on Fri, Jul 01, 2011 at 17:19:53 from 209.23.216.3

ACN sounds interesting. I wonder how i could find out more...

Don't play me Calvin. I'm a tender guy.

Burt - I didn't know you were an engineer. I am a structural engineer and blessed to still have a job.

From Calvin on Fri, Jul 01, 2011 at 17:53:27 from 209.23.216.3

Civil and Structural are ok fields. But I'm more partial to Control Engineering

Eugenetics? I promise that you want to keep me around.

Chad - you are? So is Nevels. I don't know how I've managed to keep my job. We went from over 100 people in our firm to 21 including surveyors. I'm definitely on the look out for something else right now. I make less money now than I did when I was first hired at the company and I was an EIT then!

So everyone do me a HUGE favor and become my customer! http://burtmccumber.acndirect.com/
