Perfect my diet to run better, stonger and faster!
Long-Term Running Goals:
Run 3:15 marathon.
Personal:
I have 4 kids, 2 boys and 2 girls. 11, 9, 6 and 2. I have been married to my guy for 13 years. He is great and so supportive of my running life. He is also very active, mostly weight training and he has run 2 half marathons as well. He is very fast without training too hard. 1:28 Half Marathon!!! I am working on being able to keep up with him. Someday when are kids are older we look forward to training together.
Legs were so tired today. Don't know why. It is Youth Conference this weekend for our stake and I have 3 extra kids at my house. :)
I think the pace was a little under 9 for the 4 and 9:15 for the 2.

I never went to Youth Conference. I always had something else going on. Does that mean I'm going to Hell?
