I have 4 kids, 2 boys and 2 girls. 11, 9, 6 and 2. I have been married to my guy for 13 years. He is great and so supportive of my running life. He is also very active, mostly weight training and he has run 2 half marathons as well. He is very fast without training too hard. 1:28 Half Marathon!!! I am working on being able to keep up with him. Someday when are kids are older we look forward to training together.

NICE JOB!!!!! I have the hardest time with mile repeats, hate them.

Looking forward to seeing you in St George. When do you get there and when are you leaving?

We will get there Thurs. night and stay till sunday morning. How about you? Ditto on the last 3 weeks before race. I feel like all I am doing is worrying and gaining weight.

OH, I gain weight the last 3 weeks. When I cut back the miles, it just happens! Such is life.

We will get there Friday early afternoon and are also staying until Sunday. We have a party at 5 sunday night, so we will probably leave around 11.
