Personal:

I have 4 kids, 2 boys and 2 girls. 11, 9, 6 and 2. I have been married to my guy for 13 years. He is great and so supportive of my running life. He is also very active, mostly weight training and he has run 2 half marathons as well. He is very fast without training too hard. 1:28 Half Marathon!!! I am working on being able to keep up with him. Someday when are kids are older we look forward to training together.

I needed to run a 7:28 pace... as you can see I had a hard time finding it. This was my first speed workout since having the baby so it was really fun to do something different today. :) I really like speedwork. Some may think I am crazy but I really do like it.

Watch it Lily! We're in a competition to see who will get the most miles this year. Right now we're neck and neck with Britta having a slight advantage. You are rooting for me, aren't you?
