Personal:

I have 4 kids, 2 boys and 2 girls. 11, 9, 6 and 2. I have been married to my guy for 13 years. He is great and so supportive of my running life. He is also very active, mostly weight training and he has run 2 half marathons as well. He is very fast without training too hard. 1:28 Half Marathon!!! I am working on being able to keep up with him. Someday when are kids are older we look forward to training together.

I had no juice in my legs today. It was pretty hard but I pulled it off... sort of.

I needed to run a 7:58 AP which I  ran faster so I shouldn't be dissapointed but I am because I had to walk between mile 5 and 6 for about a quarter mile and mile 6 was really hard.

Splits (warm up) 9:58, 7:42, 7:46, 7:52, 7:50, 7:46, (cool down) 9:50

Got up at 4 AM like a crazy person and ran 16 with Ana and Jackie. Felt fine. My lungs are bugging me. My asthma always acts up with the weather change.

It was a good run today. 16 doesn't feel like such a big deal anymore.

With Jon. Made him chase me the last mile.. he never caught me:) He does run much faster than me but he was running back and forth and when he came back to find me I made him chase me!! Just like when we were dating! :)
