I have 4 kids, 2 boys and 2 girls. 11, 9, 6 and 2. I have been married to my guy for 13 years. He is great and so supportive of my running life. He is also very active, mostly weight training and he has run 2 half marathons as well. He is very fast without training too hard. 1:28 Half Marathon!!! I am working on being able to keep up with him. Someday when are kids are older we look forward to training together.

"No more trouble Zones" DVD

I was tired this morning but still really tried to focus on my form. The DVD is getting a little bit easier each time I do it. Still not easy but I can tell I am improving.

Ran to the beach and did 3 800's

800's... 3:25, 3:24, 3:26 the last one about killed me.

I was pleased with the times especially considering they were not done on a track.

Jillian Micheals "No more trouble Zones" DVD.

I haven't run many miles this week. I have a cold and allergies on top of that so breathing posses to a problem. I miss running so much outside. I have been doing most of my miles on the treadmill this last few weeks. I will have to change that.

My husband and I are headed to Hawaii next Fri!!!! Yahoo! My mom and sister will be here to hold down the fort. So I hope to run outside in Hawaii a lot. I am looking forward to being able to run with my husband, it will be FUN!
