Personal:

I have 4 kids, 2 boys and 2 girls. 11, 9, 6 and 2. I have been married to my guy for 13 years. He is great and so supportive of my running life. He is also very active, mostly weight training and he has run 2 half marathons as well. He is very fast without training too hard. 1:28 Half Marathon!!! I am working on being able to keep up with him. Someday when are kids are older we look forward to training together.

20 easy miles 2 TORCHER miles. It is supposed to be over 110 today. The entire run was HOT! When I finished it was 88 at 8 AM. The last two miles almost killed me. 

Jonathan ran 18 with me I did 4 alone.

My AP was in the low 9's... oh well.

With Jon. Still in Sacramento. I have not been able to get my legs to move very fast this week. It has been over 105 every day and I am on VACA so I am trying to give myself a pass.
