Perfect my diet to run better, stonger and faster!
Long-Term Running Goals:
Run 3:15 marathon.
Personal:
I have 4 kids, 2 boys and 2 girls. 11, 9, 6 and 2. I have been married to my guy for 13 years. He is great and so supportive of my running life. He is also very active, mostly weight training and he has run 2 half marathons as well. He is very fast without training too hard. 1:28 Half Marathon!!! I am working on being able to keep up with him. Someday when are kids are older we look forward to training together.

Yep still running:) Just ran Boston this April for the first time. SO SO amazing!! You? Been thinking I need to blog again thanks for checking on me!

That's great, Britta. You should at least put up a race report. Boston is special. I'm glad you are doing well. The blog isn't quite what it used to be, but still a valuable training tool.
