Perfect my diet to run better, stonger and faster!
Long-Term Running Goals:
Run 3:15 marathon.
Personal:
I have 4 kids, 2 boys and 2 girls. 11, 9, 6 and 2. I have been married to my guy for 13 years. He is great and so supportive of my running life. He is also very active, mostly weight training and he has run 2 half marathons as well. He is very fast without training too hard. 1:28 Half Marathon!!! I am working on being able to keep up with him. Someday when are kids are older we look forward to training together.
It was very difficult today! Glad to be home and done with it.

Holy cow, that's fast!! Good job!! How is CA today? Back to you on the crash diet. I am trying to just eat 2 meals a day and limit my calories. It's totally kicking my butt and I have no energy to run, but I have lost about 3 1/2 pounds so I am happy with that! How is it coming for you??? Keep in touch. Good job on your consistent running!!

Two meals a day????? Don't exhaste yourself too much on so little calories. I am doing good. I have been eating really good and haven't been weighing myself. I always do better when I don't pay attention to the scale.
