Perfect my diet to run better, stonger and faster!
Long-Term Running Goals:
Run 3:15 marathon.
Personal:
I have 4 kids, 2 boys and 2 girls. 11, 9, 6 and 2. I have been married to my guy for 13 years. He is great and so supportive of my running life. He is also very active, mostly weight training and he has run 2 half marathons as well. He is very fast without training too hard. 1:28 Half Marathon!!! I am working on being able to keep up with him. Someday when are kids are older we look forward to training together.
Ran with Renea again today. She is great. We have a bit of a schedule now. Mon, Thurs and Sat. Mornings. I am pretty sure I am going to do the LA Marathon. It is on Memerial Day. What do ya all think?
