Personal:

I have 4 kids, 2 boys and 2 girls. 11, 9, 6 and 2. I have been married to my guy for 13 years. He is great and so supportive of my running life. He is also very active, mostly weight training and he has run 2 half marathons as well. He is very fast without training too hard. 1:28 Half Marathon!!! I am working on being able to keep up with him. Someday when are kids are older we look forward to training together.

RAGNAR 

My first leg was in the heat and it was my least favorite of the 3. It was 5.7 AP 7:25 Killed 17

My second leg was 8.1..... found out the hard way that I shouldn't use Immodium. I was running to the bathroom so much during our off time I thought I needed to do something about it. The Immodium helped me not run to the bathroom but I spent the first two miles of my second leg running hunched over. I am sure I looked ridiculous. Got passed by a lot of people in the first two miles but ended up passing them all back. :) What? I am NOT competitive:) AP 7:57 Killed 19

In between legs 2 and 3 we went to a friends mom house and showered and layed down for about 45 min. We had to be back to meet our men's van at 3 AM.
