I have 4 kids, 2 boys and 2 girls. 11, 9, 6 and 2. I have been married to my guy for 13 years. He is great and so supportive of my running life. He is also very active, mostly weight training and he has run 2 half marathons as well. He is very fast without training too hard. 1:28 Half Marathon!!! I am working on being able to keep up with him. Someday when are kids are older we look forward to training together.

I ran along the boardwalk again today. I need to branch out a little more but it is so beautiful by the Ocean. I also feel safe running there because there are a lot of people exercising. Even early in the morning.

I am meeting up with a friend of a friend who is a Marathon runner and lives here in Huntington. I am excited to have someone to run with tomorrow.

Hi girl! How are you liking OC? I am flying down tomorrow, we are staying with my folks on Capistrono Bay, right next to Dana Point. I am going to be doing a 4 or 5 hour run along the coast, I will look for you!!! Are you in Newport? Look for me with another runner and 2 guys on a bike! :) I hope you are enjoying being a California girl!!

Of course I miss you! I drove past your house today, it looks like they are gonna start packing up all of your stuff. There was a HUGE van there, but it was empty.

I have only had 2 cookies this week, they were both TODAY! That place is GOOD.
