3.5 mile WU... 5x800's with 400 recovery. I always walk these recoveries. Is that wrong? 800's... 3:05, 3:04, 3:04, 3:03, 3:02 Didn't pay close attention to watch ran by feel. SUPER happy with the consistency. For .05 of the 800 we are running down hill so I figure I need to add 3 seconds to each repeat to make the time a bit more accurate. 20 min upper body weights plus ABS
