I have 4 kids, 2 boys and 2 girls. 11, 9, 6 and 2. I have been married to my guy for 13 years. He is great and so supportive of my running life. He is also very active, mostly weight training and he has run 2 half marathons as well. He is very fast without training too hard. 1:28 Half Marathon!!! I am working on being able to keep up with him. Someday when are kids are older we look forward to training together.

Nice job Britta. I wish I was running into Newport!!! I almost drowned at Newport Beach when I was 13. Really scary but my brother saved me. It was actually really nice here yeserday and today and i think it is supposed to continue throughout the week. Finally!!!

Oh, how fun!! I can just imagine you out running in your CA surroundings. Visions from a dream!! Hows the diet and all coming? You seem to be doing awesome. I started a new crash diet yesterday! It's going to be hard, but I know I can do it!! We're here for each other :) Have a good day pretty girl :)
