I have 4 kids, 2 boys and 2 girls. 11, 9, 6 and 2. I have been married to my guy for 13 years. He is great and so supportive of my running life. He is also very active, mostly weight training and he has run 2 half marathons as well. He is very fast without training too hard. 1:28 Half Marathon!!! I am working on being able to keep up with him. Someday when are kids are older we look forward to training together.

I was feeling pretty good and my cough had pretty much disappered. It showed up again last night and I don't feel great today. I wonder if it was because of my run yesterday or if it is just a lingering cold.

Dang, I am sorry you aren't feeling well! You have a lot on your plate right now and it may be your bodies polite way of saying, GIVE ME A BREAK!! Take it easy and pamper yourself! Hope you get better really soon! And, I wish I would have seen (per blog) that you were coming into town this weekend. We should have planned a girls lunch or something?? Maybe next time?!?

Me - I'm fine. Recovering well. Psycho as ever. Avoiding the sugar cookie discussions because they make me want to eat yummy food.
