I have 4 kids, 2 boys and 2 girls. 11, 9, 6 and 2. I have been married to my guy for 13 years. He is great and so supportive of my running life. He is also very active, mostly weight training and he has run 2 half marathons as well. He is very fast without training too hard. 1:28 Half Marathon!!! I am working on being able to keep up with him. Someday when are kids are older we look forward to training together.

Ran 15 along the beach. Started in Huntington and ran down through Newport. I looooove Newport!!!! They have some of the coolest houses along the beach and it is so entertaining to people watch there.

I ran solo today which was okay. It would have been more fun with friends though. I will have to figure out something for my 20 next week. Because 20 alone sounds like tourcher. Anyone want to come for a visit next Saturday?

Blessing today... Good friends. I have a handful of friends that are your truest kind of friend. They pick me up when I am down and they never judge me for my less than perfect life. Life is truly sweeter with great friends.

Hey Kelli, maybe one of these days when I am all better (yeah right) we put some ridiculously low price on a flight to San Diego through priceline and see if we can get lucky and meet Britta for a long run!! That would be SWEET!!!

Hey, Tyler is going to St. George next weekend to run Hurrican Half, so I feel it would be justified to fly to CA for a run !! Kelli, should you and I go together!! Really, wouldn't that be so much fun!! Britta, I talked to my friend last night and she said she is moving right to Huntington beach like 4 blocks from "the walk". She said it is a total of like 5 blocks and she is the 4th. Is any of this making sense?? I would love to come and visit her and come visit you and run!! MAN, that would be fun. We need to talk more about that. Nice run today and nice post!! Hope you are doing well today cute girl~~~
