Perfect my diet to run better, stonger and faster!
Long-Term Running Goals:
Run 3:15 marathon.
Personal:
I have 4 kids, 2 boys and 2 girls. 11, 9, 6 and 2. I have been married to my guy for 13 years. He is great and so supportive of my running life. He is also very active, mostly weight training and he has run 2 half marathons as well. He is very fast without training too hard. 1:28 Half Marathon!!! I am working on being able to keep up with him. Someday when are kids are older we look forward to training together.
Blessing: "The Blind Side".. this is one of those movies that changes you. My husband and I saw it over th weekend and it is a must see. Seriously gets you thinking about what else you can do!

They say it's Sandra Bullock's best performance. Somehow that doesn't seem difficult to believe.

I tried to see that opening weekend and Scott refused, he said he did not want to got to another sports movie. Can you believe that? He claims they are all the same. Then, this weekend, we could not get there in time because we were at our favorite sushi restaurant eating for way too long. So, next weekend it will be, I guess.
BTW, thanks for taking us to that Sushi place (even though I eat chicken). We have tried many other places since then and they just do not compare. We have just earned our 3rd reward there (frequent diner card), that is how often we go. nothing beats their tempura veggies!!!

Cute girl!! I agree, the movie was amazing!! I loved everything about it!! Sandra Bullock did an awesome job, her son in the movie was hillarious, Tim McGraw was even impressive (granted he didn't have a ton of parts, but what he did do seemed natural ((not to mention, I am in love with Tim McGraw)), just an overall feel good movie!! I want to take my kids to see it to show them how much they have to be grateful for!! We'll see. Glad to see you are running well and all is good!! Let me know when you come to Utah next, I would love a girls lunch with the FRB crew :)
