Perfect my diet to run better, stonger and faster!
Long-Term Running Goals:
Run 3:15 marathon.
Personal:
I have 4 kids, 2 boys and 2 girls. 11, 9, 6 and 2. I have been married to my guy for 13 years. He is great and so supportive of my running life. He is also very active, mostly weight training and he has run 2 half marathons as well. He is very fast without training too hard. 1:28 Half Marathon!!! I am working on being able to keep up with him. Someday when are kids are older we look forward to training together.
I actually got out of bed when my alarm went off. Yeah me!!!
Blessing: FALL... I love fall weather!!! Although I am missing Utah's fall weather I will take what I can get in Huntington Beach.

No... darn it! We will live about 45 min. from the beach now. Close enough for weekend play.

Running along the beach sounds HEAVENLY!! THanks for your comment on my blog the other day! I'm glad I got to check out your blog as well, you seem like such an AMAZING girl! :) I love your blessing posts each day. . what a great view of life you have. . and I agree w/ you on the 'second chances' . . . that's a blessing for sure! (sometimes I think I should learn by now, but I still goof up all the time, , , , especially on eating!!!)
