Personal:

I have 4 kids, 2 boys and 2 girls. 11, 9, 6 and 2. I have been married to my guy for 13 years. He is great and so supportive of my running life. He is also very active, mostly weight training and he has run 2 half marathons as well. He is very fast without training too hard. 1:28 Half Marathon!!! I am working on being able to keep up with him. Someday when are kids are older we look forward to training together.

They weren't all easy miles but I don't want to be that technical so I am not going to break them up.

I ran along the pier and boardwalk today. It was windy and rainy but still so many surfers. It is fun to watch them.

My weight looks really bad today but there is a perfectly good explanation as to why. Which I would rather not share. So I was not going to post the horrid # but I figured I better stay true to what I set out to do... and that was to post my weight each day. So here goes nothin..

What a beautiful setting for a run. Nice job.

Your having a day where your not very forthcoming, no details on the "easy" run, no details on the explainable weight. Funny girl! Good run!

I wish I could watch surfers while running. Heck - it is so dusty here I can't even see the mountains.

Jon, I am feeling totally secretive. Hoping it makes me more mysterious to new readers. You gotta keep em' coming back for more. Just like the Biggest Loser last night. Did you see that?

I didn't see Biggest Loser. Was it interesting?

oh, I guess I better watch BL tonight, hubby thinks American Idol is more important, silly man.

Hey that weight will be right back down in a couple days, you are on a mission to report faithfully, good job! Hopefully tomorrow I will be down, it is our BL weigh-in tomorrow. It's going to be close.

BL was such a nail bitter last night and they left you hanging until next week to see the last person weigh in. It was so not nice!!!!
