I have 4 kids, 2 boys and 2 girls. 11, 9, 6 and 2. I have been married to my guy for 13 years. He is great and so supportive of my running life. He is also very active, mostly weight training and he has run 2 half marathons as well. He is very fast without training too hard. 1:28 Half Marathon!!! I am working on being able to keep up with him. Someday when are kids are older we look forward to training together.

So not EASY today!!!  I felt like a new runner today. My legs were dead! I really hope it is not because I have cut back on my calories. I am finally eating really healthy again and I don't want the fewer calories to affect my running. I will give it a few more days to asses. I am focusing on getting a bit more fat and protein in my diet today. I have a pace run tomorrow and I am nervous I will feel like I did today.

Great running this week. Do make sure you are getting enough food, we would not want you to pass out somewhere!

Awesome job on the weight loss, I lose 5, gain 5. It is a never ending battle that i have pretty much given up on!
