Perfect my diet to run better, stonger and faster!
Long-Term Running Goals:
Run 3:15 marathon.
Personal:
I have 4 kids, 2 boys and 2 girls. 11, 9, 6 and 2. I have been married to my guy for 13 years. He is great and so supportive of my running life. He is also very active, mostly weight training and he has run 2 half marathons as well. He is very fast without training too hard. 1:28 Half Marathon!!! I am working on being able to keep up with him. Someday when are kids are older we look forward to training together.
Set my alarm for 6:30 PM instead of AM. Oh well, means I got to work out with my man again.

I have never had a baked cheeto...something new to try!
