Personal:

I have 4 kids, 2 boys and 2 girls. 11, 9, 6 and 2. I have been married to my guy for 13 years. He is great and so supportive of my running life. He is also very active, mostly weight training and he has run 2 half marathons as well. He is very fast without training too hard. 1:28 Half Marathon!!! I am working on being able to keep up with him. Someday when are kids are older we look forward to training together.

Really easy. Wasn't feeling great. Still happy I atleast got 4 in. I was supposed to do a pace run but didn't have it in me today.

I will make up for it later.

How was dinner with the missionaries?

Let us know when you are available when you are here and let's get something planned on the books so everyone can make it. WE MISS YOU!

Oh dear, I hope you're not getting sick too! I read about your 2 yr old being sick this week and you cleaning up after him throwing up . . . you just have to keep thinking, "blessings in heaven, blessings in heaven" ! Is he/she feeling better now? Take Care :)

Kelli,

I will for sure let you know what days I have free for lunch. I just need to figure that out... but I will let you know soon!

Amber,

I don't feel sick... yet! I thought he was feeling better and then we were at Barnes and Noble tonight and he said he had to throw up so I got a bag from the check out lady. Thankfully, nothing came up! My husband and my daughter aren't feeling well now but no one else has thrown up. Cross my fingers!
