Ran with Renae at the beach today. We did a mile warm up and then a 6 mile pace run and a mile cool down. I added 5 miles on when I was done running with her. I have stuff going on Sat. AM so I knew I wouldn't be able to do a longer run this weekend.
My asthma has been bugging me the last couple of days, same with my allergies.
130.0 I ate more than I should yesterday but I was worried I wouldn't have enough energy for my tough run today. Atleast that was what I kept telling myself.
