Personal:

I have 4 kids, 2 boys and 2 girls. 11, 9, 6 and 2. I have been married to my guy for 13 years. He is great and so supportive of my running life. He is also very active, mostly weight training and he has run 2 half marathons as well. He is very fast without training too hard. 1:28 Half Marathon!!! I am working on being able to keep up with him. Someday when are kids are older we look forward to training together.

Ran 4 on the treadmill. I had wanted to run outside but was too wimpy with the cold. I also had wanted to use my ipod but it stopped working at mile 7 on the marathon. I was hoping the battery had just died but all that ran must have ruined it.

Averaged 8:00

It felt good to run again. I took a whole week off which I did enjoy but man it feels good to get my legs moving.

nice run, and great pace. I bet it felt good to get back in your groove. I'm sorry about your IPOD. I hate it when my music breaks while I'm running.

Nice run Britta. Sorry about your ipod ... that stinks. Mine kept acting up at SG as well, but seems fine now.

Yeah, I'm not liking this cold thing. I guess it's about time to break out the running tights. Already? Stink!

I was glad I had not brought my iPod into all of that rain.

Way to go on the treadmill. Man, how I hate those things, but I am working on it! I also can not stand the cold (especially in the wind, which we seem to always have out here).

That is fast for a darn treadmill, too! WAY TO GO!

You are a LONE FAITHFUL today---so I am leaving you a comment about NOTHING!!! How was the glow in the dark volleyball (or whatever it is called)? Fun, huh? I hope there were no injuries.
